Established in 1975 Magaziner Lager- und Foerdertechnik GmbH produce specialised narrow aisle trucks for the materials handling industry.  The company evolved from an original idea for a combination forklift.  Rolf Roehrs developed a man-up high-bay forklift for use by airport operators which enabled the user to pick orders and move carriers in and out of storage. 

By the 1980’s Rolf’s son had developed the business to produce reliable, powerful trucks for a very specific purpose - narrow aisles and high bays. Used in high capacity warehousing, narrow aisle trucks allow optimum storage - every utilised space in a warehouse can be assessed increasing overall capacity and productivity.  Manoeuvrability is essential when working in small spaces, so Magaziner use a modular design approach to create a product tailored to the environment and application.  A variety of different operator style consoles and cabins are available to suit the application, this allows for flexibility in meeting the requirement of the individual customer.

Innovation is still a driving factor at Magaziner – products are designed to suit the needs of the operator, to improve performance and reduce operating costs. Key to their success is a focus on quality and reliability – supplier selection is uncompromising, and the entire product range is manufactured at their Bispingen plant near Hamburg, Germany, meeting rigorous standards.

Today Magaziner trucks are used throughout the globe, allowing optimisation within the materials handling environment.  

EK models start with a minimum frame width of only 1.000 mm and can handle lift heights up to 19 m. Capacities range from 1.100 kg to 2.000 kg.
