THE ORIGINS OF STILL WAGNER
The KION Group was founded in 2006 by the demerger of The Linde Group's materials handling equipment operations (Linde Material Handling, STILL, and OM Carrelli Elevatori S.p.A.). Based in Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany The KION Group is a manufacturer of materials handling equipment. STILL Wagner became a part of the KION Warehouse Systems (KWS). It is at this point that the brand name Wagner was discontinued.
The well established Wagner manufacturing site in Reutlingen, Baden-Wuerttemberg was moved to Hamburg and the remaining part of the plant was upgraded to become the KION centre of competency for Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks.
The Reutlingen manufacturing site is renowned for precise production and a high standard of technology. Trucks are designed to each specific customer need within the KWS group sourcing from a modular kit. This results in an efficient manufacturing process combined with the flexibility to meet the customer needs. Where quality and service life are driving factors in the European markets ‘Made in Germany’ is still an important badge of origin. The flexible configurations mean the trucks can be designed to allow access from both sides and for either manual order picking or to store and retrieve pallets.
The KION group is now the largest manufacturer of industrial trucks in Europe, in addition it includes intralogistics and warehouse solutions in it’s product and service portfolio.
The KWS group specialises in warehouse trucks for the VNA segment developing and manufacturing system trucks for high bay racks to brands of the KION Group including: Linde, STILL, Fenwick and OM STILL.
VERY NARROW AISLE TRUCKS
VNA (or Turret) trucks are specifically designed with a high reach and narrow footprint enabling them to operate in very narrow aisles where high racking is used to maximise space in a warehouse. VNA trucks are a battery operated using the electric engine, battery and operator compartment to counterweight heavy load.

Manufactured in Germany, this drive wheel has a Vulkollan© tread directly bonded to a cast iron centre and fits many LINDE and STILL reach trucks including the R14, R16, EK-X and FM-X range. The tread is suitable for high loads and high speeds, is non-marking and resistant to wear, tear and impact damage. The Vulkollan© has excellent tensile strength, and good compression set reducing permanent deformation. Vulkollan© wheels of this quality, typically enjoy long service life.
230/75/82.5/186/45 5 STUD POLYURETHANE DRIVE WHEEL - CROWNED - DOMED
This drive wheel has a high-quality polyurethane tread directly bonded to a cast iron centre. This wheel fits a wide range of LINDE, OM PIMESPO, NISSAN, STEINBOCK and STILL WAGNER powered pallet trucks including the EGU, EGV, EGD, L10, T20S and CLL trucks. The tread is non-marking and offers good dynamic load capacity, mechanical wear resistance and a good compression set. Resistant to many chemicals and oils, and with low water absorption makes this wheel ideal for most material handling applications.
85/80/82/17 POLYURETHANE ROLLER WITH 6303 2RS BALL BEARINGS & PLASTIC SHIELDS
Manufactured in Germany to the highest standards, this roller has a high grade polyurethane (93 Shore A) tread directly bonded to a steel centre with our without ball bearings, shields or bushing. Suitable for a wide range of applications the tread is also non-marking.
