TEP Technica Ltd stock thousands of pallet rollers in many different sizes. Pallet rollers are typically used as front load wheels on the forks of pallet trucks. Hand pallet trucks, stacker trucks and powered pallet trucks including ride on trucks will use a combination of two or four pallet rollers on the front two forks. Pallet rollers are often travelling over uneven surfaces and must be of a high quality to sustain the regular impact damage common in these applications.
Our pallet rollers are either Vulkollan, polyurethane or nylon directly bonded to steel or nylon centres with ball bearings, bushes and shields to suit the application requirements. Our range of pallet rollers are manufactured to a very high standard and can handle load capacities up to 1000kgs each. Pallet rollers are a versatile load wheel and we use these rollers for a multitude of applications including supporting drum units, overhead conveyor systems and specific engineering requirements or prototypes.
